“Horrible customer service. They will send you the wrong sizes and then ignore any inquiries to fix the situation. Do not buy from this company. You can’t call them. Email is the only way they communicate. They do have a phone number but it’s always busy. They do this on purpose. Complete scam.”
“We ordered a shirt, size medium, for our son back in November. It took 6 weeks to arrive and when it did arrive, the shirt was a size XXL. We had to pay an additional $5.00 to return the shirt we didn't order when the company could have contacted us regarding them being out of the size we ordered. We are very disappointed!”
“I wish that I would have known what I know now! If, I could give this company a negative 10, I would. I placed an order on 11/22/23. On 11/24/23, they withdrew over $60 from my account. I have yet to receive the shirt nor a response from customer service after emailing them on 12/10/23. Don't trust this company! When trying to track my order, I kept getting a message that the order number doesn't exist or there is no account associated with my email address. They are THIEVES and LIERS! DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!”
“I am writing because I am very disappointed in the way my order was handled. I ordered one magazine, and paid extra shipping for priority mail. It got here today almost a month later than the order.
I also paid extra for protection and the magazine was bent up and crammed in my mailbox.
This is very unacceptable. If priority mail does not mean anything don’t ask for extra money. If protection doesn’t mean anything don’t charge for it.
I paid double the price of the magazine for apparently nothing.”

“I ordered shoes a month ago, order was supposed to come in 10-21days. Tracking number looks like they shipped but it’s been more than a month and nothing yet. Tracking is fake and is still at the same location. I emailed three time they said they haven’t shipped so that tracking information is a lie.
Don’t buy anything from them.”
“Very bad shipping. I‘ve placed my order on 20/9 and still didn‘t recieve any informations about my order. That‘s definately the last time i ordered something for this price. Especially when shipping is 50$

“First and last time I will deal with them. Supposedly my order was shipped on7/21 per the fulfillment order center. Tracking number assigned to order has no movement through UPS which means only the label was created through them.
I even chatted with UPS and they confirmed that package wasn’t received. I’ve sent 3 emails this morning and no one has replied back.
They’re a complete joke and will never deal with them again. Oh by the way I was told yesterday to wait till 8/10 and if no activity is there they would do something.”
“My son found SLAM when he was looking for basketball shorts and other swag. The styles are very cool and the shorts ARE A nice, substantial weight and hopefully they will wear well. We love the retro stuff. My husband even found a tshirt (copy of the old school original) from a basketball camp hE attended as a young player. Customer service went above and beyond when we returned for a different size. Shorts do run big in our estimation. We will definitely be back. Thanks, SLAM”

I am trying to return 2 Georgetown Hoyas basketball shorts that they sent me that were the color purple! been 9 days since they responded to my 5 emails. there is no telephone number either. totally clueless staff. My issue is still ongoing. Just need to do a simple return. Unbelievable.”
