Can you submit a more detailed review ma'am. all hair looks the same you can't tell synthetic hair is synthetic by looking at it you would have to feel to know the difference.

“My order took 10 days to receive and the hair that I received from the advertised special is garbage. It looks dull and mangled and I have no desire to use it. I just flushed 200+ dollars down the drain and I will not be buying from you again.”

Ma'am you paid for 4-6 Business day shipping. Business Days aren't weekends and we are closed on weekends. You ordered March 24th which was a Friday which means your order wasn't processed till Tuesday. from Tuesday 4-6 Business days is April 3rd which is the day you received your order on. We now offer express and next day services

“I ordered hair and my hair is awesome! However I told my mother to order some as well and she has still not recieved it and we are still waiting to hear from someone! As well the phone number on the site doesn't work!! Overall the hair is of great quality if you can get it!!”

“The hair is bad quality. Lots of shedding and grey hairs. Horrible customer service. You email and call and no one gets back to you. Never ordering from them again. The reviews they got isn't real because if they were I wouldn't be so disappointed with my purchase.”
