“At first it was really good hair, but I was later proven wrong. Although I was really pleased with the texture, it always got tangled. I would never purchase again.”

“Order shipped extremely late missed hair appointment and could not use hair once it arrived. Try to talk to customer service for help but the owner gave attitude every time I would try to talk to him on the phone. he kept telling me to call back which was nearly impossible being that business hours are only from 11 AM to 4 PM, eventually he told me to text him and I found it very unprofessional. Issue was never solved. Dissatisfied customer will not be shopping with company again.”

“I had a lot of issues with the delivery and quality of my hair , your coustmer service was very poor, I've been contacting you guys for over a month trying to return your hair and you guys stop responding to my email , texts and call and the hair was very brittle and corse . I did not like my experience with slay queen hair”

“Received items I did not pay for. Never got sent the right items i'd spent my money on, and never got my money back. When I contacted the customer service, I was promised a call back and never got one. Had to make several calls which had gone unanswered. Worst experience I've ever had with any company ever.”
