“We rented Kingshay Barton through Sleeps 12 for an 80th birthday celebration weekend with ages from 6 months to 86 years. Sleeps 12 were very helpful and the booking process very easy. We were all so impressed with the house itself and the amenities. It was beautifully renovated and well kept, the garden was immaculate. Wayne and Karen were extremely helpful. It was awesome to have ensuite facilities in every bedroom and plenty of televisions as our weekend was full of sport, the men’s Wimbledon final, rugby, golf and the final of the Euros which we watched in the comfort of the home cinema, unfortunately this didn’t lessen the blow of not winning. The kitchen had just about everything in it you could imagine although we ourselves didn’t use it as we hired Miranda and Carol from The Kitchen Garden, Taunton to cater for us the whole weekend, this was a master stroke, the food was amazing and they cooked, served and cleared up which left us free to enjoy this amazing house and the surrounding grounds. I can thoroughly recommend both the house and the caterers.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Beaverbrook. It looked amazing on Sleeps12.com and it delivered. From the moment we got there we were greeted warmly by Andrew, Anthony and later Tom. The latter showed me round and was always on hand for any issues that were very quickly resolved. Really nice people with a firm understanding of wider needs, such as accessibilty. My brother is in a wheelchair and there wasn't really a single place he could not get to around the property. He actually loved the stairlift up to the games and cinema rooms. We only went out one day to Lyme Regis. The rest of the time we enjoyed relaxing, cooking and making the most of all the facilities, of which there are plenty. We loved sitting in the hut on the final night toasting marshmallows. Each and every one of us loved the place and we will be back next year, either to Beaverbrook or Churchill. I absolutely reccommend!”

“A truly superb house in a perfect situation. The owners have thought of everything and are in hand if needed - but they never were. The communal rooms are huge and beautifully appointed and the en suite bedrooms are the best I’ve ever stayed in. Plenty to do in the area, but staying in to make use of everything on offer is a great alternative - pool, hot tub, sauna, games room., chef if required. I don’t think anywhere could beat Pound Farm for a break with friends or family. We’ve already booked for our third stay”

“Excellent company the whole booking process was easy and I appreciated the gentle reminders regarding payments etc. Rather than agrresive reminders that some other companies adopt. They provided all the information I required on the property I booked. In fact the photos did not do the property justice. Will certainly use again.”

“We had the most fantastic stay at perys hill, the house grounds and pool were fantastic, we couldn't have wished for more, we will definitely be back, sleeps 12 made everything so easy and simple , the caterer Gayla Stewart was 10 out of 10 , we couldn't praise her enough, highly recommended.”
