“Churchill 20 was an outstanding property. The photos on the website do not do it justice. The views from the balcony are stunning and suited perfectly a group of 4 families with teenagers but could easily accommodate more. The games room and pool area were a huge hit and the enormous cinema/sitting area was perfect for 'singstar' competitions in the evening. The rooms and bathrooms are exactly like in the photos - clean, modern, comfortable and with huge amounts of space. Facilities such as the wine fridge, ice maker and multiple fridges, freezers, dishwashers were all used! Electric car charging was extremely easy - I paid for it as an extra online, and Antony enabled it on arrival. The ability to configure rooms and pay for extras on the Sleeps 12 website was really easy. Antony the owner was really friendly and helpful and only minutes away. We had Kitchen Garden Somerset, Private chefs cater for the entire weekend and Brian Bland outdoor pursuits come to the property for laser clays and archery competition. Highly recommend both companies.”

“I could not fault the help and support from Sleeps 12, so quick and efficient with there responses to any questions or support I needed via phone-call and emails. This is the second property I have stayed in with Sleeps12 and it won’t be my last!”

“I was looking for a family holiday lodge that was big enough for 11 of us which would accommodate for all ages, that's when I came across sleeps 12 .com they have been fab to deal with no problems what so ever will definitely use again next year.”

“The venue is amazing! The location amazing. Couldn’t fault it. Was better than expected and exceeded our expectations. Already looking at when we can return. Only issue was the building noice from the site. But was made aware of this on the site. So if expecting a lay in might be abit noisy.”

“Sleeps12.com were fantastic. Great communication and very flexible in arranging a couple of 'extras' for my hen party weekend at Sandfield House in Somerset. The house was absolutely fantastic and we all enjoyed ourselves the entire time. I met the house manager from Sleep12 at 4pm, a quick tour was provided then we were left to it for the weekend but a mobile number was provided in case of any issues. Whilst at the property, we broke a glass but this was not a problem and my entire deposit was returned. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sleeps12.com again and would encourage people to do so if looking for a lovely large house for a special occasion.”
