“A fantastic holiday home for our large family. Kids really enjoyed the games room and outdoor play park & trampoline, always something for them to do when the weathers rubbish as well as nice, the adults enjoyed it just as much too! Hot tub was a massive hit, used everyday by us all. The kitchen’s were stocked with all the utensils & appliances you need & with 2 had plenty of room to cook. All the bedrooms are a great size with plenty of wardrobe space. The house itself is beautiful, set in amazing surroundings, had plenty of things to do around the area for all ages.”

“Garden Court is a welcoming home rather than a rental house. The gardens are spacious and well- established, giving different areas and styles. The games room, outdoor play area and half size football pitch all contribute to a happy experience and the indoor pool is excellent. We much enjoyed our family bubble reunion here during Covid.”

“We all very much enjoyed our stay at Dustings and there was plenty of room for all the grandchildren to have lots of fun together in the house. Good points were - 2 washing machines and tumble dryers, Aga (we have a Rayburn and our eldest daughter has an Aga), Plenty of space and a good games room. Ice dispenser was good along with a plentiful supply of cubes. Lovely big Hot Tub. The owners very helpful and hot tub checked for chemical levels. Bathrooms were good but no shaving points, lights over the mirror or shelves for kit. Areas needing improvement are: wardrobes in all bedrooms ( only a few had them), the Kitchen units were very tired and no storage space for dry foods. Also there was one knife short. Two kettles for a group of 16 would have been helpful as well as a big larder fridge. Our children would have liked more garden furniture but that was probably because the weather was brilliant and we all had lots of fun in the very large garden. PS one of the electrically operated Velux windows had no active controls and some blinds were broken. These minor things need sorting out to keep it up to scratch. Howard & Joan Gander”

“Peaceful Ham Bottom fulfilled all our expectations and more. Our age group was 2 years to 76 years and they all loved their visit. Great location, super size rooms, pool great fun, I could go on & on but I would run out of space. Never the question "what do we do next?" They all went and did their own thing, such excitement. Good to meet Ashley. We would not want to change a thing. Only one sad moment and that was leaving. Thank you”

“The house was beautifully presented and perfect for our needs. Plenty of seating for everyone and extremely comfortable beds. We had everything we needed and never left the property all week.”

“Enjoyed the break in general. Couple of areas could be improved. Neighbours clearly don’t want a holiday home next door and their dogs will bark very early. Builders also provide a lot of noise, almost to make a point. House itself was lovely and the garden was beautiful. Shame you can’t stay out past 11pm, but assume that is down to the neighbour issue above. Facilities were good. Really nice size and overall enjoyed the break.”

“Pippinsands was a lovely property, ideal for a family get together. Very well appointed, with a fantastic hot tub which proved to be very popular with young and old alike! The garden was perfect for outdoor games and there were lovely walks from the house through a field and over the river. The south coast beaches were just 30 minutes away and Seaton Tramway was great fun. I would definitely recommend this property.”

“A great venue which is very well equipped, especially in the kitchen. The outdoor space was terrific and when the weather changed our grandchildren became snooker experts! The indoor/outdoor swimming pool was superb providing us with the added bonus of witnessing our 4 year old granddaughter learning to swim. A big thanks to Jessica, Ashley and the team for providing a well run business which supports a problem free and a superb house in Somerset, as good as any comparable villa in Europe.”

“The first time I’ve dealt with this company and I have to say that from the beginning they have been first class , any questions were answered quickly and clearly and all correspondence was done in a very nice manner . I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again . And most importantly , the property I rented actually exceeded all of our expectations massively . First class 100% throughout . “The company were very helpful from start to finish, especially with a series of questions we sent while trying to make a decision a few months ago as to whether to go ahead with the holiday this summer in light of the pandemic. They sent plenty of helpful information about the property and we had a lovely holiday. We would definitely use them again.”
