“Excellent place. Spacious rooms. Beautiful surroundings. Snooker and table tennis. Children’s play room. Tv with sky and internet tv access. Clean linen. Clean utensils. The ice cube fridge didn’t work but we had plenty of ice in the freezer. I will happily go again.”

“I had the most fantastic experience at Beaverbrook Barn! Our large family group of 20+ members stayed for four incredible days, and I can't say enough about how wonderful our time was. The highlight was undoubtedly the pool - it provided endless hours of fun and relaxation for all ages. The elegant decor throughout the property added a touch of luxury to the entire stay, making it feel like a true retreat. The kitchen was a dream to work in, well-equipped and spacious enough to accommodate all our culinary adventures. The games room was another hit, offering a variety of entertainment options that kept us engaged and entertained throughout the stay. The bedrooms were nothing short of 5-star quality, providing the perfect blend of comfort and elegance for a restful night's sleep. All in all, Beaverbrook Barn exceeded our expectations in every way. The pool, decor, kitchen, games room, and top-notch bedrooms combined to create an unforgettable experience for our entire family. “Superb property with high quality facilities, furniture and equipment, acres of space. Outside area is lovely and animals add interest for the children. Pool, sauna and hot tub are wonderful. Meg and Megan in the on-site customer service team were excellent, responding quickly to queries and sorting out the odd glitch, including buying a new washing machine. Building work on site did not intrude at all.”

“Easy booking process with options to make changes easily online. Accommodation was amazing, with beautiful scenery and everything we needed plus more in the house. We had an amazing time at The Granary and no issues whatsoever. The staff were amazing and reactive to any queries we had. We will definitely be booking via sleeps12 again in future.”

“Booking via the website is very straightforward. The descriptions of the homes available is comprehensive with additional helpful information about the area and places to visit. Email reminders are helpful for subsequent action required to complete the booking and adding details of the people in the holiday group. Quick response to any questions raised via email and payment is straightforward via the website.”

“We used Sleeps 12 for the first time this year. I cannot fault them at all. Their website was easy to use, the service was efficient, and we had no problems at all. the house we stayed in was amazing! We will definitely use them again.”

“My booking was done online and the process was easy and efficient. Payment reminders were sent by email in good time and the security deposit was returned a couple of days after we came home. The Old Rectory was superb - so much space for everyone to spread out in and the table tennis proved very popular. The house was equipped with everything you could want and the trampoline and croquet set were well used! Lovely house and setting!”

“We found this company to be excellent. The houses they offer are all geared towards family gatherings which is why we used them. “Excellent accommodation that provides everything and I really mean everything required for a perfect family holiday. We spent a fabulous week with four generations ranging from 2 years to 82 years making very special memories. We were all extremely comfortable in our rooms, slept on very comfortable beds and had Excellent bathrooms. Games and play rooms were well used, as was the hottub, garden and the quiet seating spot by the Riverside. We enjoyed cooking in the extensive kitchen, eating informally in the kitchen for breakfast and lunches whilst also enjoying dinner around the dining room table. We had much fun and laughter playing some of the extensive board games and challenged each other at family games tournaments. The welcome hamper and very tasty cake left for us was a lovely gesture. There is nothing bad to say about our stay, it was just perfect. We would higly recommend this accommodation to family and friends and hope to make another visit ourselves.”
