“I have had nothing but good service from Sleeps12. I would highly recommend using the company. Their properties are always excellent and we have stayed in four houses over eight years. We have two more bookings coming up!”

“Useful contact for larger bookings. My queries were dealt with promptly. However I had repetitive messages over a simple request which were not necessary. I am also unhappy that the full security deposit was taken and held on to over quite a long time. Normally this a a pre authorized amount but Sleeps12 took it in full. For this reason I am unlikely to use the site again.”
