“We have used Sleeps 12 houses a few times and have always had a great time. Lovely houses, very comfortable and highly recommend them. Always great service and if any problems they are sorted. Would definitely use again.”

“Excellent experience of booking Withymans through Sleeps12.com. The whole process was extremely simple and the regular updates meant that I didn't have to set reminders etc. for payments which was really helpful. The extras that were recommended through the property details page were also really helpful and made the trip extra special. We shall definitely be booking through them again.”

“You were very helpful apart from one issue about owner and how many dogs we were allowed and as it was over the Christmas and New Year period communication was made more difficult. Overall a very positive experience and the house we stayed in was perfect”

“There is strong and growing demand for properties of varying sizes to accommodate family gatherings, anniversaries and reunions. Sleeps 12 is strong in distinguishing between and marketing their portfolio of properties which made it easy to focus on what was essential for us in terms of size, location and facilities. Good administrative backup and pleasant manner. They also appear to be good at balancing the interests of property owners for whom they act and the customers on whom their success depends”

“it was a pleasure to deal with Sleeps12.com, very quick to answer any questions we had and provide support with the booking etc. The description and photos of the property we hired were a true reflection and we were not disappointed, and even more, impressed when we saw the property on the Friday we arrived.
