“We had a fantastic stay at Fuzzy Orchard to celebrate our wedding with our children and grandchildren. Facilities are fantastic, everything you need for fun and relaxation. Everything is done to a very high standard and we would definitely book again.”

“We have stayed at Ham Bottom 3 times now and Fuzzy Orchard one. There is everything you could want from a break, and all of it first class. Hopefully we will be returning in thenot too distant future.”

“When Covid restrictions were introduced back in 2020, I was a little nervous about changing the date of our booking (mainly after reading other people's negative reviews - I needn't have worried, Sleeps12 were brilliant!) I was able to easily change the date to suit our group. I have been impressed by the level of service from start to finish. The booking was easy, the payment email reminders were helpful, and most importantly the accommodation was incredible. Thank you, I look forward to booking our next trip away!”

“This is how I want to live forever. I can't afford it, so I just get some fabulous people to share with me for 3 days and nights, split the cost by 12 and enjoy!”

“Beautiful place that had all the mod cons. Stunning underground hut and views. They have thought of everything to make your stay as good as it can get. Had great fun in the pool and jacuzzi. Would stay there again !”

“From the start sleeps 12 were great. Any queries I had they were answered straight away. Also a lot of great properties on the website and the one we stayed in certainly didn’t disappoint.”

“We have just returned from our stay at The Plough at Bradford on Avon. This was originally booked for 23 of us, all family, for my Dad's 80th birthday celebrations in January 2021. We couldn't go due to lockdown so had to re-schedule for this year. Sadly my Dad suddenly passed away in December (not covid related) & were unable to cancel or re-schedule without losing the money....over £3000. We therefore all decided to go & was glad we did. The Plough is absolutely stunning with 11 en-suite bedrooms, a bar, hot tub, pool table & fully equipped with everything you can think of. It may not have been the weekend we had originally planned but everything was perfect. I have received the £750 security deposit back this morning without any issues & would definitely return in the future, thank you.”

“I can not fault this company. After having to postpone due to the lockdown last year, Sleep12.com made it easy to transfer our weekend away to the following year. All of the customer services people I have spoken to about enquiries for my weekend have been extremely helpful. The property we stayed at was a 10/10. Would definitely use this company again.”
