“Easy to book with, booking deferred for 12 months without question due to covid restrictions. Timely reminders when payments were due and prompt return of our deposit. Add to this the property was outstanding and Ella Phant the cater used from website produced food and service of outstanding quality.”

“Sleeps12 are amazing! You always respond to things quickly, efficiently and have been incredibly helpful. We must have hired over a dozen properties with you over the years and you have always been there, on hand with help, advice, suggestions on what to do, where to eat, caterers and anything else. Through the pandemic, you showed great flexibility with our bookings. The properties are always maintained to the highest standards and are fully equipped. I would highly recommend you to others (and I have done so) - you are a very reliable and trustworthy business.”

“Very easy booking process. Booking delayed a year due C19, rebooking was easy. Refunds, where appropriate, were managed quickly without fuss. Would definitely use again”

“From start to finish Sleeps 12 staff took care of everything. If I had any questions re my booking they were on it straight away, I always got a call back, when I paid my security bond I was told it would be paid back on the Wednesday after I left the property, and this was the case. No qualms at all, All the staff I spoke or dealt with were extremely friendly and professional one in particular I dealt with more was Jessica, very helpful professional and personable .. i emailed or called .. I will book again and would recommend thoroughly”

“Lovely welcome at the house loads of space for everyone to relax and enjoy, bedrooms and bathrooms gorgeous, swimming pool lovely and clean everything you could need for party of 12, we enjoyed it so much didn’t want to leave”

“Fantastic weekend at Fuzzy Orchard. Everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable en suite bedrooms, amazing pool and hot tub and the games room was perfect for our family break. Can’t wait to come back. 😁”

“My wife dealt with all the booking and correspondence for a holiday at Pound Farm, Somerset. Due to the disruption that Covid 19 caused, our holiday with our children and grandchildren was postponed and changed over the past 2 years. The Sleeps12.com staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to ensure that everything eventually went according to plan. Pound Farm was great and the family especially enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. A great holiday was had by all.”

“we have used sleeps12 for at least 14 years and they are the 1st option we look at each year for the big family holidays as the properties are always 1st class, clean & equipped & furnished to a very high standard & they can cater for all age groups within our familes. locations are generally in easy reach of a multitude of other activities should you choose to. everyone really looks forward to them”

“Fabulous weekend, excellent accommodation, very clean and tidy and everything you could need. Pool and games room added bonus. Used Sleeps12 accommodation on several occasions now and rarely not 100% happy with everything. Thank you”

“We went I've to celebrate my partners 40th with our friends and the kids. Whitehaven didn't disappoint! We have made some great memories here. Their are so many aspects to enjoy here you just don't want to leave. We had fun from start to finish. The bathrooms are modern and the kitchen has everything you need and more. Pool is amazing,and the quirky heated gazebo is a lovely extra. We all enjoyed eating and playing games around the huge kitchen table and everybody ended up enjoying a few games of hide and seek which gave us some laughs. I can't recommend this place enough. We hope to come again in the future.”

“I could not be any happier with the service provided by sleeps 12. I was always kept up to date and knew exactly what was happening. Emails were replied to quickly and having the online log in was really helpful. The house and weekend away with friends was perfect and the deposit was returned within 24 hours of leaving. I will not hesitate to use sleeps 12 again!”
