“Great service from start to finish, really easy too book and also manage my booking. My queries were responded to quickly and my security deposit refunded within 24 hours of check out. I would highly recommend and will be using again.”

“We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Chateau La Chutelière during the summer. WOW 🤩 It was like arriving to a fairy tale destination. An absolutely stunning property that we all truly fell in love with. The gardens were exquisite but what made it stand out even more to other properties we’ve hired was the fact it was so high end yet homely; gorgeous bed linen, fantastic cooking equipment & beautiful crockery/glassware. We were lucky enough to have the owners Jennifer & Jackie cook for us to celebrate my birthday. It was an incredible meal, with fruit/veggies grown on the land as well as locally sourced cheeses, fish from the market as well as wine/champagne from local vineyards. Oh and I must not forget to mention the local honey - yum! We almost feel that we should keep this place a secret! Thank you very much to both Jennifer & Jackie for sharing this beautiful place & we look forward to returning soon. Emily & family x”

“This was out 4th holiday booked through Sleeps12. The properties they rent are all very high standard and every one has been immaculately clean. The booking process is very smooth and they are easy to contact with any problems or queries. On the last occasion they managed to call us a few minutes after we left as the cleaners had found a childs fitbit and teddy we had left so we could just pop back to collect them. We have always had full return of security deposits without any problem at all and always on the day we leave so very quick and efficient. Sleeps12 is always my first port of call when booking a family trip.”

“After an initial period of uncertainty over booking arrangements, the team at Sleeps 12 really rose to the challenge of making our stay a success. We really couldn’t fault the service we received in the run up to arrival, during our stay and after. Particularly they were fantastic at collecting and storing deliveries for our large party around bank holiday weekend. Nothing was too trivial for them and all thanks particularly to Jonathan, who provided a discreet but incredibly efficient back up on site.”

“Our original booking was cancelled due to Covid but as soon as it was safe to visit, we had a selection of new dates. The contact with the company was excellent. The house was spotless and really well equipped. It is a spacious, comfortable house with plenty to keep you occupied. We as a family, had a wonderful time.”

“Efficient ,helpful and friendly business to work with who fulfilled everything they promised including the amazing house we rented in Somerset. Their recommendations for caterers etc were very good and all information was as promised. I will definitely use them again if I want to rent a house for Family and Friends holidays. Thank you.”

“I had a few issues throughout booking with my card not working and then also with submitting the names of my party on the website... both were dealt with within the space of a 2 minute phone call. I found everyone I spoke with really helpful and the property was fantastic and for a very good price!”

“Excellent property. Ideal for a large family (8 adults and 5 children in our case). The real bonus with a poor weather week was the indoor pool. This was enjoyed by both adults and children. We can highly recommend this property.”

“A lovely character house, which has a number of very useful facilities. The large communal spaces work really well, however lovely to also have the smaller lounges for a few quiet moments. Great to have the hot tub, with wonderful countryside views. There are also play facilities for children and a games room to suit various age groups. The only thing which would have improved it for us would have been some football goals in our garden, easier for us to supervise and fewer balls in the nettles.”
