“We have used Sleeps 12 twice for two special family events. Our first was ten years ago for our Ruby Wedding celebrations and the second was very recently for our Golden Wedding celebrations. We have been delighted both times, both with the service offered by the team at Sleeps 12 and also with the quality of the accommodation on each occasion. Their choice of properties seems to get better and better. We will certainly use them again and we have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Thank you.”

“Excellent accommodation, spacious , clean and inviting. Perfect for a family reunion, the hot tub was a great bonus when the weather wasn't so good. All questions answered promptly. Highly recommend.”

“What a fantastic place! So much space for everyone, the pool and sauna area was amazing too. Everything was so clean with a lot of utensils, crockery and cutlery for every need. We are already looking to book to come back!”

“Celebrating a big birthday at Croftview in Somerset with my family was simply brilliant. The facilities at Croftview enabled everyone to have such a great time, I cannot recommend the property highly enough and hopefully will return one day.”

“We have just got back from a amazing week away at Bluewater every thing about this house is true to its beauty we were there to celebrate my 60th birthday and it didn’t disappoint hopefully we will be back soon 10/10”

“Fabulous property! we had a wonderful extended family stay at Viney Hill Cottage. This beautiful home has everything you could possibly need or want! the swimming pool was amazing and was used by all every single day. All bedrooms are beautifully appointed and the finishing touches were amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. Games room was a big hit as was the library for those seeking a quiet read. Gardens were beautifully maintained and the outdoor bbq hut was a hit. The house is enormous and has so much space, dining room is superb as is the extremely well equipped kitchen. We can't wait to return.”

“From our first contact with Sleeps 12, all our queries were quickly and efficiently taken care of, both online and by telephone. All the information required was available re facilities, directions, arrival, and departure. Sean was exceptional with his friendly and informative handover and was available at all times to respond to our queries during the stay.”

“I have used Sleeps 12 several times now and would highly recommend them. Really easy website to book your holiday, regular reminders of payment dates and then full information about the property once booked. We have just had a fabulous family holiday at Herons Bank, definitely one of their best properties and had no issues at all. I am already looking to book for next year's holiday.”

“Flossy Brook is a fabulous lodge. 13 of us stayed for a week ranging from 2 to 68. All love the place, pool and play area. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.”
