“I want today to Slough high street to collect my scratch card wish has 200£ as a winner the security at the doors ask me to put a face mask on I said I don’t have to coz of my medical conditions , he really insist then I had to buy one & go in with , then the lady on the till said that you can not collect 200£ in there wish u can at any post office or whs as u know, she send me to Langley post office & I want there & they ask me to go to your shop again . & when I want back I ask to talk to the manager to help me they said he is busy & he send me a guy with a white top no name to know who u are talking to traying to get red of me then I did insist to see him & told them I will email your company then he turns on with no name or anything to know who u talking to didn’t even present his name even & he said he is going to do me a favour with a really aggressive language it’s seems like he own it , no social distances between him & his mate horrible attitude & nothing to do with customer service , they have treated me like a peace of rubbish when I was running out of breath coz I had to go to Langley and back even the guy who ask me to put a face mask on was not wearing it as it should be , that took place this morning at 11 . I wonder why she said u can not & he cash it out for me after more then n hour, there is a rules to follow & if they can why they have said no from the first time . It seems like they can serve who ever they want & it’s a private business, sorry for what I written down coz I really was got it before my shift in A&E , I will love anyone who can talk to them & teach them a bit about customer service & WHS value & I’m looking to hear from you, sorry again and all the best & stay safe amine from wexham park hospital 🏥”
