“I ordered a 17.5 HP Briggs and Stratton engine for my Snapper rider. It arrived quickly. I installed it and it is now working very well. The only issue I had was with the spark plug, which broke during shipment. Though the engine was well packaged, the spark plug was plugged in and the vibration during shipment must have caused the issue. I reported the problem to small engine warehouse and they promised to send me a replacement spark plug and indicated they'd address this issue in the future. I recommended unplugging the spark plug and packaging it separately. Aside from that, the engine and delivery was great. Glad I chose this company.”

“I received my engine on time. It is working great and easily installed except the muffler did not exactly fit the frame of my Troybilt Horse XP. However it was an easy modification, I just had to notch a quarter inch out of the right side running bracket of my frame. Took an extra 5 minutes and then the engine popped right in. Wiring was simple with the provided info. Everything was perfect here. the salesman was great and the overall experience was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend using Small Engine Warehouse for your mower engine needs. Great Job Mates.”

“Bought to replace a Kohler Courage 17 running on a Gravely ZT1740. Fit great only i bypassed threading base for thru bolts. Electrical plugged in without any adjustment and everything seems fine. Started right up and great to have my mower back!!!”

“Smooth transaction. Electrical connection was direct fit. I did have to extend a couple of wires for the starter. Had to tweak the exhaust a bit. Decided to use my original heat shields so had to modify that a bit. Engine bolted right in. Started right up and runs like a dream. Very satisfied. Whole swap took about 3 hrs.”

“I was a little skeptical at first to order through Small Engine Warehouse, since the price of the engine I bought seemed too good to be true. However I am happy I did. The engine shipped quick after purchase, & once arrived I installed it & it started right up. I would say the only thing I have to complaints about is that it did arrive with a sizable ding on the oil filter (which could have been from shipping company) & the new motor did not come with an owners manual or any kind of documentation, which isn't the complete end of the world since if you search enough online you can find a manual. Overall I am Satisfied with the company, & if I need a new engine on anything else in the future, I will purchase from them again.”

“Bought a new engine based off of the original engine model number. The engine shaft was the wrong size. Small engine warehouse asked for photos of original engine . They found an engine to match the shaft size of my engine at a comparable price. Very pleased with the outcome.”
