“The salesman was kind, helpful, and quick to help me. I got what I needed within 15 minutes. The experience was better than I anticipated. It is refreshing to see such good customer service. The motor was just what I needed and I was able to install it that same day and get back up and running.”

“It was easy to contact an employee via phone, and they were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about matching a new engine to my 20-year-old one. Excellent! Their website showed lots of information and was easy to search. Shipping was much faster than I expected for an item shipped truck freight. Prices were the best I could find for a name-brand engine (Kawasaki). Communication throughout the process was good. Overall, I'm very happy.”
