“I wanted a spare belt that came with the replacement engine I bought for my John Deere. The associate looked up what I needed and sent me the information. I have one now in case I need it and have the information in case I need another. Easy to work with”

“I ordered some hard to find parts from Small Engine Warehouse. Very disappointed when I opened the box. The air filter looked used! Stained and brittle around edges. Immediately called and was put through to Amy in Customer Service. She sent me a link so I could send pictures for their team to evaluate. They did not have another one in stock and did not know when one would be available. End result: SEH gave me a refund for entire order, which included shipping and small spring! Couldn’t ask for better response. Only reason I couldn’t give 5-stars was I don’t think the used filter should have been shipped to begin with. I do think customer service is outstanding! Paul”
