“Thank you Smartbag you have always been super efficient getting my orders to me. After a very slight hiccup with the last order it was corrected immediately and I was very happy to be compensated. Excellent Service”

“The website was very easy to use, the products were easy to follow and order. The online chat helpline, particularly Theresa was extremely helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone.”

“I rarely do these Reviews as it takes a lot to impress me In a world of substandard products and poor customer service. SmartBag and more importantly Marianne looked after me so well, especially considering I had never dealt with them before and it was late on a Friday afternoon. Well done guys and thanks.
