Very easy to be Insured. Had Phone call off a very nice Gentlemen about my cover and that the Documents would be sent to me very soon. Very good Customer Service.

Easy process to sign up insured 5 appliances & paid annually which helped me to save some money. The person I spoke to was helpful & very polite. Also got Free Home Emergency when insured 5 appliance

Recently took washing machine insurance online. The policy is well explained and it cost me less than half price of what I was paying Domestic&General. Have not used the insurance yet so can not comment on the actual service.

Cheaper than the current appliance cover I have, and during the setting up of the policy, the call taker (Saj) couldn't have been more patient or helpful

I used the call-back service, as I personally find computers difficult so that was great for me. The operator I spoke to (Pravin) went out of his way to find out information for me, it was exceptional service and a really great price for the cover I wanted.

The representive I spoke to was able to answer my questions with ease, he was very knowledgable and courteous. I was able to purchase over the phone Home Emergancy Cover at a great price for 12 months which also included Annual Boiler Service. I would recommend this cover just for the price alone. Thank you for all your help.

I have been with Smart Cover for four years and I have just joined for another year. I find them to be very understanding of my needs. Every one I have talked with have been first class.

I cannot rate the insurance but the experience when trying to obtain cover was excellent. I will wait to see what the the actual insurance cover is like if I’m every unfortunate enough to need their services.

As I,m a new customer, I cannot give a valid opinion of your insurance, but the price seems very competitive compared to my current provider, and hopefully will be arranging further multiple cover for the remainder of my appliances, in March when the existing cover expires. My answer to the initial question was solely based on the excellent customer service I received when you finally contacted me. The person who answered all my questions in a polite , friendly, and constructive manner, giving me options which I hadn't considered was called Pravin. I initially tried to contact you as your item box on your online website does not contain a electric hob (induction in my case) or a extractor fan, which I wanted to insure. I even tried your web chat,speaking to Natalie , but she could not help me.Finally, the phone number 03333449559 ,given as a helpline on your website does not help things as this as I was told ,was not a customer service contact number, and passed my request to anther department Mr S Austin..
