“Twice now i had been on a call once to book myself a repair and secondly to sort out some much needed cover for some shockingly (the years have really flown by) old machines. Each time was pleasant, each time was informative and patient/understanding. Dealing with Pravin and his comrade Conner was a real pleasure (even though Conner Married me off.... )”

“Very good service when I experienced a fault with my cooker. Top hob replaced without any problems although there is some forms to complete and photos to send as well as reciept of goods. Engineer was very quick and extremely helpful when asked about another issue we had with another appliance.”

“I have renewed my insurance with yourself because of my adviser each year he rings me to remind me when my policy is due, he has done this because I asked him. Very nice man. I hope he is still there in 2020”
