Customer service is not good. No one ever answers the phone. I have call several times today which is Thursday February 13th and no answers. I have a issue with my order and I need it resolved so if someone actually sees this I sent a message to the number on your website. I left my phone number please call me. I love this product but you sent me the wrong order.

The product seems to work ok but VERY disappointed in the customer service. I've called and left messages and never get a call back. All I want to know is how do I determine what shade each tube is at they are not marked. Seems like a pretty simple questions but NO response.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago, never received it. I then wrote an email to Smart Cover asking for a refund or explanation; and never received that either. While I like their cosmetics, their customer service is horrific.
