“Perfectly organized trip. Dina, our guide, was exceptional in every way. The hotels were lovely, the food was good, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There was a lot of security so we felt very safe.”

“The guide was excellent but the travel arrangements were a short coming. I was disappointed in the fact that the bus that was to take us to the airport was late in arriving thus raising the anxiety levels. The trip over was terrible but that was somewhat weather related. The meals are ok but nothin g to rave about. Overall the trip was of”

“Outstanding tour guide. Great sites. Nice hotels but my rooms were poorly located. Itinerary was very good—we covered a lot of fascinating territory. could eliminate the pure “commercial” places eg olive oil and winery. Overall excellent experience.”

“We sent in the evaluation form yesterday that was included in the tour packet. We'd like to add that we enjoyed Ketsara immensely as a tour guide. We have had her before and have learned so much about Thailand and its culture. This time we brought our granddaugter and daughter-in-law who loved the entire experience. A highlight was the elephant camp. It was our first time at this new location and we found it far superior to the one we'd been to before. We recommend this tour to our frinds - it is trulu "amazing"”

“Friendly staff, 5 star accomodations with excellent food. However, suggest you take the train overnight to Aswan, instead of getting everyone up at 0-dark-early to catch a plane. Top notch security and bus drivers!”

“Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable. The trip was unexpectedly a bit physically demanding; there were a few days when we were required to rise in the wee morning hours because of in-country flight schedules.”

“The guide was excellent - Tommy, Tung Bui. The itinerary was good. There were various boat rides and activities that we enjoyed. The hotels were better than usual for a smarTour. The food provided was excellent. The guide in Cambodia was just OK. His knowledge of English was just passable. It was hard to understand him, and he didn’t address the whole group.”

“The tour was excellent and excellent tour guide Gui’s Knowledge of the history of the region was very impressive. I would’ve liked a bit more culture perhaps going to some of the market where the locals shop. I also feel too many nights spent at the kibbutz hotel. We were too far away from the city and were stuck there in the evenings. The Sabbath dinner optional at the kibbutz was very much a disappointment the food was not very good and we had already spent several days and nights at the kibbutz hotel it was too much and again not very good. We thought it was going to be a Sabbath dinner at someone’s home not again at a kibbutz.”

“THE ENTIRE TOUR AND THE MOROCCAN TOUR MANAGER/GUIDE KHALID WERE ALL FABULOUS. THOUGH, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN NYC IS GETTING WORSE BY THE DAY. YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS IF THIS IS NOT RECTIFIED AT THE EARLIEST!”

“I love smartours and have gone on many trips. This trip to Russia was great but optional tours very overpriced and not good. I paid $100 dollars for the ballet in St. Petersburg Seat was terrible in a side box with limited view of the stage. I had to stand for the entire balllet as did a few others in my situation I paid quite a bit of money for a metro tour in Moscow. A ride on the metro is only a few dollars. This tour had us on the metro for less than one hour. We went to several stops very rushed with no time to enjoy the lovely art work. I should have ridden the metro on my own. I did it in St. Petersburg Trip on the river in St. Petersburg was fun and good”
