“We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Greece. Everything was well planned despite the change from a cruise ship to ferries to visit the Greek Islands. We saw so many famous sites, stayed in luxurious hotels, had great meals, and were well taken care of. Our tour guides were helpful and informative about all the history and myths associated with the sites. I particularly want to commend Stratos Psarakis who was our guide on mainland Greece. In addition to being a great guide he helped us through a temporary crisis when my wife needed to go to a hospital. His calm handling and extra care will be remembered for a long time.”

“Costa Rica is an excellent place to visit specially if you have a wonderful tour director like Vinicio that took care of us like family. The price for the tour was good although someone still sent us airplane tickets when we wanted land only. Hopefully we can get a refund”

“My third trip with Smartours and still amazing. Just got back from Treasures of Turkey and the whole trip was just breathtaking and beautiful!!! Mr.Ali was a great tour guide , took the time to accommodate everyone’s needs and was just exceptional. Already booked for Thailand 2022”

“We just completed SmarTours first trip back to South Africa since COVID and it was fantastic! We had traveled with them before and had the same great experience as previously. We felt safe and the precautions taken during our trip for COVID were excellent. They wore masks, took temperatures regularly and had sanitizing everywhere. Out tour guide was Jonathan Muller and he did a fantastic job; went beyond the call of duty to make our trip exceptional. We had booked this trip two years ago but was cancelled due to COVID. So glad we were finally able to do this.”

“I have been on several Smartours in the past. Charleston and Savannah was the first domestic one I've taken. The tour guide, Annette, was very knowledgeable and conscientious. My only issue was with the hotel in Savannah, which was substandard in many ways. The food was terrible and I had a room right off the lobby that was very noisy. On the other hand, the staff was very nice.”

“We were the first tour to South Africa since Covid. Everything was great! Covid testing during trip was easy! This South Africa trip is a must! Price is unbelievable for what you get! Everything is first class!”

“Splendors of Egypt was a trip of a lifetime. It was perfect in every way. It was broad enough to give a good overview of the country, but gave us ample time to enjoy each place. The accommodations were wonderful especially in Alexandria. Ahmed was a wonderful guide and a perfect ambassador for his country, I had thought that some of the tours wouldn't be interesting, but I was mistaken and enjoyed them all. He was a wealth of knowledge. I never knew what to expect and I was met with pleasant surprises every day. Mohamed was my favorite tour manager on the trip. These gentlemen did such an amazing job , that I never wanted to leave Egypt. It truly is a Splendor from the past to the present. I would definitely use SmarTours again and recommend it to my friends.”

“Gina met us at the airport and stayed with us for the first half of the trip. She went above and beyond to help me navigate through the crowd. She stayed with me while I shopped since I was traveling solo. Niki also went above and beyond and she also stayed with me while I shopped.”

“Our second SmarTours trip was great. Just the right mix of touring Greece with free time to explore on our own. The accommodations were first class and in the most desirable locations, the restaurants were spectacular and the guides outstanding. Better than other tours at half the price.”

“The enchanting Peru trip was awesome. Our tour guide was Enrique, who was experienced, knowledgeable and made it a memorable trip. Peru is very clean and they took all measures to keep the visitors safe during this pandemic. The arrangements by Smartours were great. The hotels were all very good and convenient. I gave 4*, only because of the confusing information by staff about COVID test before departure TO Peru.”
