“This is a very interesting tour. It turned out to be much more interesting than I expected at advance. To a large extent, this was facilitated by the Program Director Mrs. Soha Sabbour. I will recommend this tour to my friends.”

“We had a wonderful time on the Morocco Tour, Our Guide, Khalid Lamdira did an outstanding job keeping every body informed of up coming events and times. His knowledge of the history, geography , and culture of Morocco was a great asset and truly helped to make our tour around Morocco a memorable event.”

“Our guide, Alan Gill, was outstanding. He knew everything about Israel and took us everywhere with skill and enthusiasm. He gave us all the inside information to experience Israel as a native and not a tourist. We had a great bus driver for all our needs and we saw all the highlights of Israel. Our hotels were great and so was the food. An extraordinary experience I will never forget. I recommend this particular trip with Alan.”

“Hotel in Calafante, Argentina, although lovely and a beautiful town, is located adjacent to hostels. The noise from voices and motorcycle engines went all through the night of the 3 nights we were there. SLeep was impossible. Random assignment of seating on flights from Miami to Chile/Buenos Aires to Miami was miserable. We could not sit with our travel companions, we had no choice on where in the seating chart, even when checking in well within the 48 hour allowance. Connections in Miami en route home were thus made very stressful. We lucked out with a terrific tour guide for the majority of the trip that made the experience excellent. Tour guide in BA was just ok. Balance of activities, selection of what we saw, and modes of transportation were all handled well.”

“Very interesting country. A lot to see and absorb. Ambitious itinerary. Might be a bit exhausting for some folks. Great tour group and the absolute best tour guide ever (Khalid). Some hotels could could be better. They wouldn't meet most of our standards for quality and safety.”

“I have been trying to help a repeat client to book on this company, his friend had recommend him to book on. The booking system did not send through a confirmation and he has been charged twice. I have been dealing with Nora and she has been very unhelpful. The amounts that had been charged are different, she will not put in contact with the accounts team and told me I need to speak to my bank to recall the money - even though we have proof the transactions have been charged. Can someone please contact us and help get back the over charges !!!”

“The Ecotour of Costa Rica was very good. There was hiking, jungle river rides, village visits, and learned a lot about tropical agribusiness. Our tour guide, Viktur L. (SwissTour), is a naturalist so he was wonderful at identifying all the strange flowers, trees, animals, birds, butterflies--and an easy-going guy able to handle any crisis or change. We absolutely loved all the fresh ripe fruit available at every meal. Most of the buffet stops were very similar menus with rice, beans, cooked veggies and fruit. We had enough on-your-own meals to balance out the buffets but those buffets were all exactly alike. Overall, the tour was a nice balance of activities. However, it was awkward and disorganized to not have the tour guide, Viktur L. (from Swiss Tour) allowed at the beginning & ending dinners. He was wonderful and it was sad he wasn't at the farewell meal at the Radisson Europa.”
