“Your tour guide talk down like we were school children. We were In a marathon race, asked the guide to wait until we all get off the bus, as there were slow walkers, I was ignored. I waited for the last person and by the time we got to the guide this lecture was in progress, we missed a lot..He had a superior way about him. this is just for starters.. Finally near the end of the tour Mr.. Albert Gerber and Mr.Bigboy was great tour guide. What made the trip bearable was the the last two guides and the guests.”

“Ron was wonderful. Knowledgeable and efficient. A great help. The cost was great. Saw so much. All hotels were good except the Lugogo sun . Shabby. Food good.”

“We had Dan Ofri fro our tour guide in Israel and he really knew his history. He was great and I would recommend him over and over again. Loved all parts of the trip including Jordan and the Dead Sea.”

“We greatly enjoyed our Greek tour. The tours, guides, hotels were fantastic. We were a little disappointed in the cruise portion and wished we could have had more time in Mykonos and Santorini. And, the ship was so crowded that we were only able to eat in the dining room one time. However, we had a great time and learned a lot.”

“The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Game drives were plentiful and enough to see all five plus so many more animals. Accommodations were wonderful and the food too. Especially notable was the Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi with the game dinner and entertainment the first night. Keep this for future groups!”

“The administrative part was not the greatest, although not the worst. I did not like the fact that you receive the travel documents two weeks prior to your departure. Additionally, I followed instructions regarding the passport, mailed it priority mail and then was asked for it again. I was frustrated and asked if someone would look for the document I mailed and paid for but the individual I contacted would not reply back to the email. I did send the copy via the method asked again but did not appreciate being ignored. On the flip-side, the trip to South Africa was amazing, it was truly an express trip but very enjoyable. The accommodations were nice. One suggestion is letting the travelers know to get the currency in advance prior to getting to the airport, we were unable to get Rand, however, we were able to get it upon arrival. Most things that require money required the use of Rand not the US dollar. Additionally, when doing the excursions, it would have been nice to see to items ahead of time so you can decide which you may or may not want to do because once you are in country, the tour guide pretty much tells you that you need to make a decision, otherwise you will not be on those tours. Sure you can go it alone but to feel the highest level of safety you want to go with the group that was recommended by the travel agency.”

“The Tour Director Sun Qing Jun was a gracious, concerned, knowledgeable guide throughout the trip, making the journey especially memorable. He was also supportive in ensuring that special needs were met (e.g. my need for gluten free meals, others' needs for vegetarian meals, a passenger's need for medical care) with grace and efficiency. The selected tour destinations and optional tours were extremely well chosen and the journey was pleasant, fun and informative.”

“It definitely exceeded our expectations. Great hotels in right locations. Tour directors were all top notch, extremely knowledgeable, and couldn't do enough to help. The naturalists in Galapagos were outstanding. Safety was always a top priority, especially when transferring to and from small boats.”
