If you take longer than three days and smart proxy is unable to fulfill or work with you on your business needs they will keep your money and refuse to work with you on a refund.

Smartproxy really sucks! On their first webpage they say we promise guaranteed refund. But when you have a try on their products and want a refund, they say we have a lot of requirements you need to meet. I just want to know what the hell is guaranteed refunds? Besides, their salesman's attitute is very aweful. Please DON'T use their products. It just sucks!

Really bad service, suddenly they block your target website without any notice and refuses to refund - very sketchy I would stay far away as they will go to any lengths refusing your refund.

I'm not an expert, i needed a proxy server that will allow me to re use the same proxy twice. I thought that i will receive proxy by request, but no, you need to use their gate as a proxy...
Before i bought i asked support if its possible to reuse a proxy, and they said yes but after paying non refundable bitcoins it changed...
they didnt refund my btc
