“Amazing customer service! UI isn't too easy to use but if you're an engineer, you can deal with it. Wish they made their cURL builder more obvious in the dashboard and had more cURL examples in the documentation.”

“A customer service that doesn't care about its customers. (SCAM) I signed up for their service for one month only. The second month I was debited, without having received a notification email, and without even having received the invoice. So I asked for a refund, which was refused, even though no GB had been used. Clearly customer service prefers to scam its customers, rather than find fair and honest solutions. On top of very slow, low quality IPs, add to that disastrous customer service. -- I'll find better somewhere else, and it won't be difficult.”

Before this I have tried 7-8 proxy service but all of them had a glitch either while loading web page or some used to switch to some other location automatically. Then one of my friend recommended me to try Smartproxy. And from the very first day I had no issues like I mentioned above. They have a very smooth service. Ip's are good. The support responds to your query in no time. I would definitely recommend this service. This is totally worth your money and time.”

“I give 4 stars, although you have an excellent proxy service, some attendants are very rude and impatient, I have already had accounts blocked due to mistakes with lack of experience in payments via bitcoin ... I simply sent a non-compatible hash by mistake ( I didn't know what the exact hash was but I paid) and the clerk blocked my other account just like that.”
