“Ordered an HP laptop and when it arrived (on time so I guess 1 star for that) it turned out to be a version for the Spanish market, with continental charger and differences to the keyboard layout. Nothing in the online sales listing indicated this was anything other than a standard UK setup. Not what I require. No response to email enquiring about returns procedure, no-one answering the phone in 'Customer Services', and no response to the phone message left with 'Customer Services'.”

“Very good service, great price, delivery within promised timeline. The Evoluent mouse I purchased is a great piece of kit and is genuinely ergonomic (I know these things as I’m an occupational therapist!) just make sure you buy the right size for your hand (and of course, either the left or right handed version, as appropriate!). ”

“Really impressed with this local outfit. I’m always suspicious when a smaller company undercuts the big retailers. Good savings on my purchase didn’t mean cutting back on service. I got a personal call from them to advise on the special delivery arrangements and also a follow up note after I received my new telly. I will definitely use them again.”
