“Paid for 1-3 day delivery. Item still not arrived 5+ days later. No proper response to emails, over 3 hours on hold to be cut off everytime and unable to ask anyone for a refund as no one to speak to. Avoid at all costs.”

“I have placed an order of a Samsung tv on the 4/1/21and a wall stand which I have fully paid. The tv wasn’t in stock and a refund has been issued which is back in my account today the 12/1/21. The wall stand is not delivered yet. They delivery was 1-3 days from the 4/1/21. I am still waiting for the delivery. I am very disappointed.”

“Paid extra for delivery on a specific day. Got dispatch email saying item was heavy so would take longer. Couldn't get a response from customer service. Item didn't arrive in time - ruined Christmas for my son.”

“Quite awful company. Delivered faulty item and refused to accept it back for a refund, dispute this being the LAW PLEASE AVOID!!! Cannot be trusted.”

“Order No 14563932864- 15th November should have been delivered by now, but hasn't been. no reply to 2 e-mails, and am now waiting to be connected on your phone number, for the 3rd time today - wait 20 minutes a time listening to your overloud music and getting no response till I give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH”

“Disappointed with your customer service. I did not receive the item I ordered despite being sent an email to say it had been dispatched. I then received an email saying I had been given a refund without any explanation, I can only assume you didn’t actually have the product in stock. Find it interesting that you give £5 off positive reviews sent when maybe you should be considering customers that are dissatisfied!”

“Ordered an HP laptop and when it arrived (on time so I guess 1 star for that) it turned out to be a version for the Spanish market, with continental charger and differences to the keyboard layout. Nothing in the online sales listing indicated this was anything other than a standard UK setup. Not what I require. No response to email enquiring about returns procedure, no-one answering the phone in 'Customer Services', and no response to the phone message left with 'Customer Services'.”

“Rude and aggressive owner who does not comply with UK consumer law. He is selling 27" Dell monitors and delivering 25". When questioned he replied with a rude message telling me that I ordered a 25 even though the order clearly states 27. When i called him, he told me never to call his number again and then said he is not Smartteck despite arguing with me about my order......Save your money and go elsewhere, stay away from this corrupt, lying fraudster.”

“Ordered bamboo digital pads, took the money, no goods arrived. Phoned and emailed. Had one email to say out of stock and offered a discount. Refused as I wanted my money back, never returned emails and customer service dreadful. Still not had a refund so technically stole money.”
