“This is a perfect example of a company that goes out of their way to make sure your project goes well. They can answer questions and point you to any info you need on the job. AND for me, their shipping was faster than Amazon and they have a payment option to pay through PayPal which was really nice.”

“Paid for 1-3 day delivery. Item still not arrived 5+ days later. No proper response to emails, over 3 hours on hold to be cut off everytime and unable to ask anyone for a refund as no one to speak to. Avoid at all costs.”

“I'm a first time customer of SmartTeck. I purchased a Motorola Moto G8 Power on Sat 26th Dec and it was delivered by dpd on Tues 29th Dec (despite me using the free delivery option it came on the first working day after ordering). The box was slightly dented but I put that down to dpd. Very happy with the price and the delivery.”

“I have placed an order of a Samsung tv on the 4/1/21and a wall stand which I have fully paid. The tv wasn’t in stock and a refund has been issued which is back in my account today the 12/1/21. The wall stand is not delivered yet. They delivery was 1-3 days from the 4/1/21. I am still waiting for the delivery. I am very disappointed.”

“SmartTeck.co.uk is a top class place I always go to for my computing needs because: 1) They have a wide selection of products that are quality, 2) the service is fair, if somethings faulty or you need help they are willing but they do expect you to research what you buy and work with them, 3) prices are competitive, 4) delivery and packaging is excellent. I have bought from them since 2015 and will continue to. Give them a try!”
