“Well, I can’t complain about receiving my order on time and as described, however a customer service needs a good improvement as I tried to contact them by phone on 2 occasions and both times been waiting on the line for ages (about 20 min) and no one would pick up the bloody phone.”

“What a fantastic service, from emailing a question to Smarteck with a speedy response to a very quick delivery with a helpful and chatty driver. The price beat all the main competitors including AO.Com. The setting up was so straight forward and the picture is amazing, not to mention all the extra channels available. “Order No 14563932864- 15th November should have been delivered by now, but hasn't been. no reply to 2 e-mails, and am now waiting to be connected on your phone number, for the 3rd time today - wait 20 minutes a time listening to your overloud music and getting no response till I give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH”
