Good when it works but that is very rare due to network congestion only good for hotspot in good coverage area SMARTY app managed to bug entire days to renew monthly contract The auto renew didn't activate the plan but when I renewed the plan 3 times the plan suddenly worked huh weird how the app works easily for payments but for service it was stuck on renew phase for 2 days and only worked and started after multiple payments for single month SMARTY decided to keep all my money as they refused to refund instead decided to do account credit over the chat and more than half the chat are not real humans it's older GPT who couldn't understand I want to refund due to renew problem and kept fixating on renew I will switch to giffgaff or upcoming SMARTY competitors after the credit which I can't refund due to SMARTY terms of conditions

I would really like a refund but there's more chance of getting an amazing signal!!! There's even more chance of getting blood from a stone!!! I will not be giving those charlatans any more of my money.

Poor service , only used it 1 week a month for my iPad while away from home . Paused my account then when I asked for a refund told me I'd used some data even though my iPad had been off since it was paused . There's a reason there cheap . I suppose you get what you pay for ... or not from SMARTY

Well deserved low rating on here. I was charged for the whole month and refused a refund after switching to another operator. They can clearly see that I switched it on and then off a second later. Instead of checking the duration of usage they look at the amount of data usage which automatically happens on any smart phone.

I tried to activate a sim that I bought in a shop but their website has a bug and they sent me a sim in the post. Neither of the sims works and they have been chatting online with me for days and now they are going to need another 4 days to work out the problem. I told them to just cancel it and refund me but they won't because they need to fix their problem first as if that is my problem.

Avoid SMARTY - Abysmal Customer Service, Hidden Fees, and Delayed Refunds My experience with SMARTY has been nothing short of a nightmare.

But I'll never used SMARTY again they don't know what they are doing response time is ridiculous so I told him to cancel and refund to original payment sorce.

I asked them in the mean time what do I do without a phone, they said I could order a new sim, use that until free replacement sim comes then I'll get refund for buying new sim.
