I don’t think they have ever had any issues that put traders at risk or even gave rise to the need to question whether or not they are legal. If you doubt them, though, I think you should refer to other Smartytrade reviews online to see what people’s experiences have been. Still, I can tell you for free that they are legit
I think they are legit based on my interaction with a customer support agent when I had problems with my first withdrawal. Everything was sorted out immediately, and I know a few people who have been trading with them for quite some time and had no issues. I’d advise you to take your time and judge from your first month of trading with them. If you must, take very few risks within that time until you are comfortable
Yes, Smartytrade is a legit broker, and you can take this from someone who has used the service since they launched. I don’t know what your criteria are for knowing a legit trading platform, but you’ll have no problems using Smartytrade if you are concerned about the security of the data you share or your funds.
