“While they're generally good, their recent report on inventory discrepancies was a bit confusing. But then again, I expressed my concerns. And the next minute, Andrew (our accounts manager) was with me one-on-one defining all the terms with clear and concise manner. Turns out I’m better equipped now to understand more in-depth finance-related terms than I used to. Thanks Andrew, much appreciated. SMB Services is highly recommended!””
