The drive, John, that we had was lovely, kind and phoned me to say that the M23 had been closed so could be late for the pick up from the hotel, we had allowed an hour to reach our destination so was not a problem, as it turned out he arrived at the exact time requested. The transport was very clean we hired through SMC and was the best price I could find online.”

Both drivers were friendly, approachable, communicated effectively with the person who made the booking in a timely manner, they were flexible with the routes taken to meet the needs of the travellers!!! The driver on the way home was very patient, with our revellers following the concert!! It took a long time to exit the venue and some were straggling behind!!! Also in listening to raucous women following a concert!!!!
One traveller left their phone on the bus and the driver messaged the person who had booked the trip before the traveller had even realised it was missing!
