“SMC Coach Hire is a very reliable service for the purposes we need it for, which is facilitating trips to different parts of the country for our students. They communicated the details of the pick-up and drop-off points in advance of the day, alongside the driver's details. The driver called us more than an hour before arrival to let us know they had arrived, which was much appreciated, and they demonstrated patience in navigating the site. They showed flexibility with the pick-up and were able to return us to our starting point on time.”
