“Excellent Coach hire for small group.
A small group of five were taken for an afternoon to a specific location.
The Mini-bus/coach provided was exactly the correct size and was clean and comfortable.
The driver was kind and the journey provided no hassle of worries.
A donation was then made by the company to off-set believed pollution form the journey - this is a grand gesture too.
We shall endeavour to use this coach company again.”
“The driver we were given for the day was fantastic. He rang me the night before to check all of the details and arrived nice and early, so no panicking about whether he was going to turn up.
The minibus was spotless and Scott the driver was very accommodating. He really made the journey both ways very relaxing and stress free.
The only thing I was disappointed with was a mix up with the original booking but all went well despite this.”

“Our transportation arrived promptly as scheduled, and the bus was in superb condition. The driver even sent me a text message an hour before the pick-up time, providing me with precise details about the pick-up time and location. However, when it came to our return journey, there was a lack of communication. The contact number I was given remained unresponsive, and I could only reach them via text, where they seemed unfamiliar with my identity and informed me they wouldn't be able to pick me up. Although they couldn't provide an alternative contact number, I was fortunate to have retained the first driver's number, who proved to be exceptionally helpful in keeping me informed. While the pick-up was slightly delayed by 25 minutes due to heavy traffic, I ultimately felt content, despite encountering some stress during our return journey to catch our flight.”

“Booked a return trip for 14 people on New Years Eve, returning the next day. Coach came to pick us up 30mins early and the driver was really pleasant. The coach was lovely, spacious, clean. The driver stopped half way at the services which was nice.
On the way home, they sent a different coach and driver which was fine but this coach was a lot smaller and uncomfortable. It wasn't clean and although the driver was nice, I didn't feel as safe as I did on the first coach.
Overall a good experience and would use again, it just seems as though some coaches may need updating for the price you are paying.”
