“Bought a set of kitchen knives that I was searching for in the UK. This particular set was not available in UK so I searched for it online and found it on Snapklik, which I never heard of before. In addition reviews were sparse. However, as I really like this set of knives I took the risk and bought it. It was shipped from US via FedEx and I received the item in line with the timeline provided when I ordered it - longer than if I bought it in UK but I was in no rush to get it so was happy to wait. Price-wise, it was unsure to if I bought it from Amazon with small shipping fee from US to UK. Happy to report the knives look great and sharp, look lovely on my kitchen counter.. I am really happy with it and would recommend using Snapklik.com. I didn’t need to use customer service so can’t comment on helpfulness or ease of refunds if needed.”

“The delivery guy left my bass guitar out in the cold at the end of my driveway, anybody could have taken it and on top of that he left like an asshole and left some spinnig marks in the gravel.
