“I had a problem with my previous delivery where the wrong item was sent. Within hours of posting a negative review, Snapklik had been in touch and made plans to help me. The customer service team were amazing and for that I have updated my previous 1 star to 5. I now have the items I had originally ordered and I am very pleased with them. The problem was sorted with very little effort on my part and I will certainly be using this company again with the knowledge that if I ever run into a problem, I know they will sort it for me. In this day and age of faceless companies, where you have to trust that orders will be alright with very little information to go on, it is a comfort to know that there are still organisations that actually care about doing the right thing.
