“Maidstone Branch in Kent. Developed a roll of C-41 film for me which came out with various pot marks, chemical marks, and even some kind of dirt stuck on the images. Made even worse that this has happened THREE TIMES NOW.
Definitely not my cameras as I have run through black and white films and they have been fine. Definitely their machine (or the way they care for it.)
Went in yesterday to get a refund (a bus journey which cost £4 in itself) and was told by the Maidstone branch manager it "wouldn't have been their machine" and I wasn't given a refund. Over £12 for precious little.
Avoid. I'll be going to Nik and Trick in Folkestone for colour work next time. At least they have the decency to have a friendly conversation with you- and they're cheaper!!!!!”

“If I could I I would have given 0 stars as the quality of an aluminium photo panel and coasters I received was extremely poor. On the top of that I was treated very badly by the manager who offered no help, professional advice nor a refund for their poor quality work. I was assured by the member of staff who was dealing with me that my photos were of a very high quality, therefore I decided to go ahead with the order. When I came to collect my gifts I was told that they were greyish probably because of the poor quality of my photos. How misleading and unprofessional! Bad quality, unprofessional staff!”
