About Snoozer Pet Products:

Snoozer was established in Greenville, South Carolina in 1985 with the intention of manufacturing and selling the finest dog beds, dog car seats, dog sofas and pet accessories in the industry. The same values that drove the establishment of the company then remain instilled in the company today. Snoozer is family owned and operated, and most of our products are sewn and assembled by hand here in the USA.

As we like to say, there’s not a single difference between a Snoozer and a dog bed off the shelf: there are several.

Quality and durability are sewn into every detail. You can see it in the made-to-order fabric. You can feel it in superior, resilient cushioning. You can even smell it in the cedar shavings that accompany our poly fill.

Other details aren’t as obvious, but they matter just as much. For instance, overlocked stitching hides rugged brass zippers. That’s because liners are made to be washer-friendly, just like our covers. When the time comes, you can replace the filling and make your Snoozer like new again, year in and year out.

Your pet is part of the family. We get that – because we feel exactly the same way. That’s why we think about how dogs behave. We watch how they age. And we manufacture dog beds and other products that are going to make both you and your dog happy for a long, long time.

“Our German Shepard LOVES her bed! She dives into it, circles a few times, then settles right in. The quality and craftsmanship are amazing. The seams are strong, the zipper is sturdy and durable and removing/washing the cover is so simple. The material is heavy duty. The grommets that release air are well placed on the bed. They don’t scratch my floors when Trixie dives into her bed and ‘surfs’ on it. I love that the bed came in a reusable plastic vacuum bag. Y’all have really considered everything when it comes to this bed. I can see this bed easily lasting many years. Thank you for the thoughtfulness in designing and making this product. We hate wasting money buying beds that we know will last only a year or so. This was a wonderful purchase and if/when it’s time for a new one, we’ll definitely go with another Snoozer product!”

“Absolutely love the console seat..only drawback is that it works great in our F150 and our Ford Expedition but won't fit in between the seats on my wife's smaller Mercury Mariner...maybe a seat for smaller SUVs”

“When I ordered my snoozer, I was told”most snoozer products are hand sewn in South Carolina and May take a few extra days to ship. That made me very happy because my husband and I have proudly had a manufacturing firm here In the US for 24 years. Well, I was quite upset when the box I received was clearly marked “made in China” very , very disappointed. Also, for a minor added cost, the shoulder straps could be adjusted with a clip, instead of dangling all over the floor unknowingly.. Mine slipped out of the holder and got caught on the wheel and now it is so damaged, I will not be able to ever use this as a backpack, which is extremely disappointing. I would send a picture, but do not know how. I would like further transparency on what products are hand sewn in South Carolina. I felt somewhat deceived, when you advertised “most” I guess I should have called and asked. I don’t think it is a poor product, but I do feel mislead. ~ Rebecca”

“The product is a very good product I’m real pleased with the product but the service and the people that work there I’m just not real pleased with I’ve had problems and then I had to pay shipping a large amount just to ship something back because she said the One bed would be fine for a Docksin and it was way too large and I was trying to get their opinion since I can’t see the bed and then I had to pay for shipping back in it was out ragout, then when they shipped the small one out I have two small beds and they’re different sizes one is smaller than the other one how can you have a same size bed and one be smaller I contacted them through email and they never responded that is not good service. The first time I had the problem the girl that answered the phone was very very rude but I was told they were going to speak with her because I told the comments so the product is good but the service is really bad”

“We discovered Snoozer products, several years ago. Our first Snoozer dog ‘car bed’, was the small size, for our precious Merry Margaret, a beautiful Chihuahua Corgi, who was with us for 15 years...she loved going places, road trips, etc. I bough a new Silverado pickup, in 2015, and purchased a medium size Snoozer ‘car bed’, with the good looking denim blue cover...it fit perfectly in the front bucket seat, where she road everywhere, errands to road trips, everyday with me...she loved her Snoozer. “We bought the forgiveness sofa (orthopedic) show dog collection in Laurel Cayenne. My terrier loves his snoozer bed. I like that the cover comes off for washing and that the "mattress" is a material that can be soaked and then dried in the bathtub if needed. We bought this about 3 years ago. I've washed it about 6 times. The bed still looks great and the mattress has not worn down. We also have the snoozer lookout car seat. It has lasted 4 years so far and looks pretty good. I've washed the cover a few times.”

“Last time I got the cozy cave, it would have given a 5/5 review. Unfortunately, this time when I recieved a replacement cover it wasn't up to the same standard. Last time, the cover actually covered my dog like a blanket. This one is stuck in an open position, so it only partially covers my dog. When I reached out to customer service, I was informed if I wanted a replacement I had to ship it back to them (I had to pay the shipping). It is still an innovative product I will likely buy again; but since it also sheds its "fleece" stuff over the course of its entire life (I am having to vacuum extra) I down graded its star status. At least customer service hot back to me fairly quickly.”

Hi Robert, Thank you for choosing Snoozer! Your feedback means a lot to us! You can make the new cover lay flat like a blanket by removing the tubing insert at the front of the cave. If you make a small opening at one of the ends of the arch, you can pull out the tubing insert and the bed will lay flat like a blanket.
