It arrived the day after (express shipping) and immediately at arrival I molded it. Went wrong twice, but I finally got it. I did twiddle with the settings the days after and ended on a low advancement setting (number 3) which is working really well in eliminating snoring (according to my hubby)
Please please don't overdo it on first use, in terms of how far out you have it push the jaw. I’ve learned it the hard way that it's not a great idea. Small increments is the way to go.”

“Reading the reviews of others before purchase I was concerned this might fall out while sleeping but in fact it works really well for me. I haven't used Snorelab to test, but my wife (best test TBH) has stated that I haven't woken her up through snoring since I got the device, so that works for me! Once you get used to it is basically comfortable. It is adjustable in how much it advances your jaw which is lacking in most other mouthguards for snoring and a feature that I find essential.”
