Hi Harriet,
Have you tried the different levels of intensity? You can adjust it from 1 - 10.
What I would advise is to start at setting 1 and increase it every 2 days with 1. Then stop increasing till you stop snoring. This is the sweet spot. The higher the setting, the more intense, the lower the setting the more comfortable. And did the moulding process go well?
It should really clench onto your teeth and mouth. While biting:
- Suck the air out
- With your tongue pressed on the inside to get it tighter
- With your hands press on your cheeks to get it tighter.
