By doing so it encourages you to breath through your nose, not mouth, which is optimal for your health and good sleep. “The mouth piece is easily fitted if you follow the step by step instructions. It moulds to fit your mouth. It does take a little getting used to at first but after a few nights its ok. I love the design and im a huge fan and would recommend anyone to at least try it out.”
