“I was able to purchase the shower door I wanted, it was available in a number of thicknesses. I chose the 10 mm thick sliding glass door as it provided a robust front to the shower enclosure. It has allowed a larger shower enclosure in a confined space.”

“Delivery took longer than expected and then was told different things when I called to chase. I even called a day before the deadline delivery and an agent promised delivery was the next day to then find out it was another 4 days later. I then had to purchase from another company costing me double and not I need to return and it’s taking forever as again I have to calll everyday to chase the collection of the u wanted items !!! Still not resolved and never to use soak again”

“Difficult to leave a review when the items haven't turned up yet? Makes me nervous for the second delivery due on the 8th Feb that includes everything else for a new Bathroom????? Not even an email stating they are late or delivery is due, nothing.”

“For some reason my order was cancelled so I have not received any taps my son called and some one said for some unknown reason the order was cancelled and they would sort it we have not heard a word since I booked a plumber for Saturday to have them fitted but had to cancel so if this could be sorted promtly I will be happy”

“the website is clear, looks great and easy to use. The bath we ordered looked beautiful. Unfortunately we had to cancel our order due to unforeseen circumstances. We tried 2 email addresses and a phone number to cancel. The next day we got a dispatch email, we chased it up again and they told us we were too late and that we would need to return it at our own cost. I get that us cancelling is frustrating and they have invested time in our order. However the customer service was not helpful. In the end we had to intercept the delivery and call the delivery company ourselves to cancel.”

“Placed an order for Click and Collect - Alice who placed my order made it as painless as possible and the staff in the collection department were so friendly and helpful. They even had it on a trolley to help me take it to my car as it was a little heavy (only a shower) - It's still currently being fitted but the quality look incredibly and even my partner says so! (He's plumber) - Thanks Soak.com!!!!”

“I still have not received my full order. I was promised an email when I rung up complaining and haven’t received one yet. It is quite disappointing. I shall wait 48 hours and go from there. I decided to go with Soak as I assumed they would be different to Bath Store or other retailing companies but their customer service skills, especially the third party delivery service was poor.”
