“Been happy with the quality of product so far (not moved back in yet), but it has been a few things. First delivery was lost in transit, could understand that then the next delivery was mixed colours. then the sink was marked. Don't get me wrong when speaking to people on the phone they were lovely and very helpful but with this many disruptions it has cost me with standing workers and missed dates.”

“Not delivered on time, one week late, hours on hold to speak to someone, had to pick up the shower tray myself from your distributor’s depot, very slow in paying 10% money back which was only done after a reminder phonecall”

“Shocking customer service and misleading product description. Beware! Unwanted product have to be returned at customer’s own expense, sometimes costing more than the product itself. Not clear from returns policy, unless it has been altered since.”

“Reallly quick to answer the phone, said it’s absolutely part of their service to help take the products ordered into a safe place which being on my own was amazing. When a product was faulty I again experienced really good customer service. Would highly recommend.”

“The bathtub legs arrived late, we were lucky that our plumber had spare kit. I received information email though that something is not in stock but from that email I could not understand what was missing. I was trying to contact the seller through call phones and emails but there was no one to respond. Sorry, I will never again buy from them and would not recommend to anyone”

“The after sales service is second to none. My problem was sorted with no quibble. I explained the problem and the replacement was sent on the next day as the product was under warrant. Really appreciate the great service.”
