Products and delivery were fine. However after sales was difficult. Long delays in answering the phone and unanswered emails. All in all this has put me off using or recommending Soak. David

Product was faulty and was offered a discount. Fair enough but not fair enough that I had to chase the discount up!!!! When it didn’t get refunded back to me.

Was sent a faulty item - I was not compensated in any way, was supposed to be sent back delivery charge but even this did not get refunded to me. The second item was also slightly faulty. At this point I did not have the time to be calling people up and waiting for replacements to be sent again so I just left it. Disappointed.

Shocking customer service and numerous errors with delivery and advice on erecting a shower. Ground me down and got fed up asking for help to resolve.

First toilet delivered smashed! Second toilet delivered smashed! And wrong! Third one on its way now, not too hopeful! All in all 45 mins ringing premium number to get replacements with no offer of compensation and I'm still left with two smashed toilets and packaging to dispose of somehow???

The delivery to far to long. Your customer services response via email is a joke again in the length of time it take for you to respond.

Shelf bracket had only 3 fixings. I was promised the 4th would arrive in the post within 3 days of my complaint. It still hasn't arrived so we cannot use the shelf. I Emailed them again to remind them it hasn't arrived and that I am very annoyed. Their email system cannot cope with the demand and it appears I have to wait a further 7 days before receiving an answer. Just not good enough!

The instructions on how to put together the shower screens and attach them to the shower tray were in comprehensible. We had a professional builder with years of experience struggling to understand them. It held the whole job up by a week as he tried to work out what he had to do!

Placed an order for a toilet seat which I received on time but it was the wrong one that I ordered. Tried arranging an exchange but they never seem to answer the phone.

Our original order was deayed due to a broken shower screen. You the delivered the wrong part which took several calls and several weeks to rectify. I lost a days pay for a day i took off for a delivery that did not happen. The only positive thing about my order was the price.

The quality of the bathroom cabinets despatched was very poor. We have had three replacements, all of which have been replaced at our expense. These are poor MDF cabinets that are not painted properly, nor are they sealed.

Good quality products... real shame about the service & aftercare! Numerous issues from delivered damaged products, failed collections, poor communication from the Aftercare team.

In terms of delivery and the product initially and even the product guarantee were really good. However we had the items installed in April after purchasing in February, and in just a few months they are starting to tarnish. I am happy to provide images on requested, but i'm not impressed.

One of the four radiators that was orderd was mis-picked and the wrong item delivered. It took so long to arrange collection and re-delivery that it was quicker to re-order a new radiator and wait for the wrong item to be collected in due course. The plumber was on call and the job needed to be completed. The new radiator incurred a second delivery charge that I was subsequently told would be refunded. I'm still waiting.

We ordered full toilet and sink unit , the toilet pan was damaged at your depot we received the rest of the units on the 17 th August and to date we have not received a replacement pan

Received these items minus the toilet pan which was damaged at the depot before it was dispatched to me, the rest arrived on the 17th August and to date we still have not been sent a replacement ( 29th )
