“The delivery service is not very good. Online retailers need to ensure the end customer receives their product - delivery team gave no choice as to where the product is to be left of pickup up from (just that they tried to deliver the item). Improve your end to end service and I might buy from you again”

“Online and telephone chats very pleasant and helpful. No problems ordering. The only problem that I encountered was with Parcelforce and NOT Soak. Parcelforce messed up the delivery/ies, and could not locate one item, although I was informed that the item was in the truck, then returned to the depot and then they could not find the item. I contacted Soak on a Saturday afternoon for the missing item and they sent me one straight away and I received it on Monday. Good job Soak. Many thanks”
