“Waited for a delivery that didn’t turn up to be told they sold my item to someone else and now it’s out of stock”

“Very happy with quality of goods, customer service, and delivery personnel. Goods were well packed. Only one little hiccup one item ordered was not suitable, not Soaks fault, and I did find it stressful packing it and finding a courier as Soak did not collect but all’s well in the end and very happy with replacement. Highly recommended.”

“Soak DID NOT make me happy. Promised deliveries that failed to arrive - lost radiators and no one was remotely bothered. Unprofessional and shocking service- this was in August so why am I writing a review 3 months later?”

“Excellent service. Had problem in as much as I opened a box about a month after receiving it and found the toilet cistern was cracked. Phoned soak. They did not quibble and promised a replacement. It was delivered the next day. I could not praise the service more. 1st class”

“Although we eventually got the radiator we paid for the delivery time was horrendous with me having to email quite a lot and soak replying not a lot. Just factor in 3 weeks if waiting for appliances so you can let your plumber know.”

“Quality products until you want to order after 1pm or require a refund 10 days had to wait still no credit had visit them they then credited 4 days later but credited with wrong amount incompetent”

“Easy to use website with great support. Placed my order did have to speak to an advisor but all was sorted and delivered no problem. Did have a couple of breakages but these were replaced and delivered at a time which suited me. All in all a great company to deal with, with very helpful and knowledgeable staff on the end of the phone. 5 star”
