“I liked the product I received but not happy about the missing parts that I re-ordered and didn’t arrive. I didn’t like that I had to wait a total of 24 minutes to get an answer by phone because there is no other way to make contact with them.”

“The quality of bathroom furniture and price, the showroom which is lovely also how pleasant and helpful the staff are both in showroom and warehouse where we picked our order up from,would always recommend and will definitely call in again. Thank you. Kind Regards Carol Fraipont”

“I received an Shower screen from a courier and the box was damaged so I marked item not checked, on opening the item ready to fit the 6mm thick very heavy glass was chipped right where it joins the hinges of the screen and was clear to see, all I can say is how did this pass quality control, coupled with the £25 delivery charge I’m not a very happy customer.”

“ordering fine products okay prices okay - delivery and communication of delivery utterly appalling. Phoned when placed order said it would be with us on or before 10 working days. Still had not heard anything the 9th day finally got a notification from delivery firm with time then a text message with a supposed fault but no means of rearranging - subsequent phone calls revelled that goods had not been picked until late on the 9th working day so not ready for delivery company to pickup. When called delivery company to rearrange told it would be the following Thursday another week away as they only deliver Tuesday and Thursday I did ask why they couldn't deliver that Tuesday they were already committed. I do wonder what would have happened if I had paid for express delivery - seemed that you didn't care as it was under free delivery.”

“Failure to deliver on date stated with no communication about issue. Wasted a whole day and missed a concert at considerable cost. Second delivery missing toilet pan with no communication again. Another day wasted and another day waiting for the toilet pan to be delivered. No communication except when I contacted Soak to find out why things had gone so wrong. POOR!”

“Great products.... the only down side was that the essential items you listed were not essential and not needed so as I wasn’t fitting the bath/ taps I ended up bio g things that were Not needed. The actual products, service and deliver were all spot on.”
